I've been living here for just one month, and it's been nothing but problems every day. I recently moved from Florida, expecting this to be a nice place to live, but instead, I constantly feel stressed out. Nearly every day, there's no hot water, and fire alarms or random alarms go off at 1-3 AM, disrupting my sleep when I have to work in the morning. Today, I’m writing this review because, after all four elevators were out of service, I had to climb 10 flights of stairs to get to my home. As someone with asthma, it was a struggle, and I'm deeply concerned for the elderly residents who have to climb even more flights. I'm 25 and found it difficult, so I can only imagine what it's like for others/wheelchair bound when this place has 28 floors . The HOA fees are exorbitant, yet we're not getting the basic services we need to live comfortably. Also, everyday I come home my floor reeks of weed and some reason the smell lingers into my condo unit and it makes me very nauseous.

Everyone here is nice and great location, but a person who just moved here and lives with anxiety, it is hard to remain relaxed and happy when the HOA is so high and I have to live in constant disappointment when this is suppose to be home

Some of the best views downtown ,wonderful glass apartment, great neighbors, superior sound insulation. excellent access to downtown yet still in a green park like neighborhood, luv it, we walk to everything, sometimes go 4 days without turning on the car..

Management is awful. They will lie to you to your face about everything and the whole staff outside of the really polite doormen feel sneaky and underhanded. The apartments by themselves are gorgeous and have beautiful views and the actual design of the building does truly make you feel like you're living in luxury. However, the way that they treat you if you don't arrive dressed to impress or fit a certain mold is unacceptable.

For 43 year I have had the pleasure of wittnessing the views from the 22nd floor. Best view in the city!
