I've been a member since 2015 and it's steadily gone downhill. My great grandma was a long standing customer until she passed away and never had the issues I have month to month. I don't even use the account for deposits anymore only to pay my auto loan and today made me realize I need to look into my options to move my loan, I'm all about small business I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I've been calling in since June paying my auto loan and had no issues. Today it's now nothing but an issue. My address was never updated when I know for a fact I personally called and updated and updated it online.

Nikki talks over me resulting in her not entering my card information correctly, then didn't tell me she was adding a 15.00 fee for my payment. Because she was so busy talking over me my card was declined multiple times because she didn't have the expiration date correct.

I have a feeling since she didn't enter my card information correctly my address probably wasn't entered correctly either.

10 outta 10 don't recommend.

They don’t deserve 1 star. Tried to deposit a large cashiers check, guaranteed funds. They even called and made sure the check would clear. They still wanted to put a hold on the money. Which was fine but unnecessary. I asked to speak to a manager to ask to release a little extra money. The manager wouldn’t come talk to me. Teller said the manager was working on the extra release. An hour later still no response from anyone. Unfortunately a great place has become horrible. Time to find a new credit union to work with.

Do not get an auto loan with this credit union. I have been on the phone many times to try and get a “loan advanced cpi” removed from my auto loan however they keep charging me and it has even increased from $65 to $105. I have tried to email in my proof of insurance with them as the lein holder however I have had no success and they are very unhelpful. They try to give you answers to get you off the phone quick by sending you to someone else that can’t help you. This is a very dishonest credit union from my experience and they are basically stealing money from me. At this point I have been charged over $3000 towards my loan.

She said her name was Kelsey. She was pathetic and extremely unhelpful. Please take her aside and retrain her in customer service on the phone. I’ve had nothing but good things to say about this credit union but they far from where I live. So I’ll have to look for a new credit union if I’m not going to get some reliable and knowledgeable service over the phone.

I'm a single mother trying to get by, I am going to switch banks due to the insufficient funds fees, I cannot afford things anyways and am trying to budget and then bam, I forget about an automatic withdrawal and now I get a bank fee on top of it. What a lovely way to kick me while I'm down. I call and ask them to remove them and they have in the past however, I'm tired of it. It's too much added stress I don't need.

Stopped in today just because we were in the area and needed some financial guidance. Kaylene took the time to sit with us and advised us on all the pros and cons of the decisions we were thinking about. We don't have an account there and nothing about our potential decisions could effect their business in any way but Kaylene still took the time to help us in any way that she could. We were just very appreciative of her help and wanted to say thank you. If you're in the need of someone in the banking world that is trustful, I'd highly recommend her. Thank you Kaylene and On Tap! So unbelievably upset with my experience today. I’ve banked with on tap since I was a child. Today is Memorial Day. I went to transfer money from my savings to my checking like normal and I’m unable to.. bank is closed and I just got off work and need access to MY funds. I never received any notice that a transfer wouldn’t be able to be completed until the 28th.. Not by mail, email, text… nothing. This is unacceptable entirely and I will be closing my accounts here
