Every single time ufcu has an update, it involve re-enrolling or re-registering. Which is fine if only it wasn’t an extreme pain in the ass every single time. Never once did I have issues with it until this latest update. Not only did I get locked out of my bank and not have access, my family deleted the app and can no longer get it back due to locking cards. After calling twice today and being put on hold and putting myself in a virtual line, they called back once JUST to tell me they had no available employees to help me. That should tell you that not only am I and my family having problems, but everyone else is having issues so much so that they are so backed up with calls they cannot help anybody whatsoever. This is ridiculous.

Applied for an auto loan next steps was a loan was supposed to contact me through the next steps of submitting documents it never happened. Ruth, left a voicemail and sent a letter with an instant decision with giving me a chance or contacting. Worst experience, impatient employees, and false advertising of going above and beyond for your members.

Not helpful. Called directly to help my uncle order checks. Twice. First time was told to call another number. Then when I got a hold of someone there they said to call the bank again. My uncle has an account, knows his birthday and social, and despite having this info was not able to place an order for checks, because he does not use a smart phone, and could not receive text messages on his home number. This whole set of shenanigans wasted about 3 hours of my life with nothing to show for it. I have suggested he close his account and switch to a "real bank".

I went in to withdraw a couple of thousand dollars to buy a used vehicle. Because there are no bank tellers at this location (most UFCU locations), I went to the ATM machine inside the building. I went through the process and the machine rejected my attempt because it was over the limit. I waited for a person to help me out. He explained the limits and told me to try again. I tried the ATM machine again and it rejected my efforts again. They told me to try another ATM machine. It worked that time. The entire process took approximately ten minutes. This would have been MUCH EASIER AND FASTER with a bank teller. UFCU prides itself on customer service, yet they keep making things worse.

This rating is for Ashley the kind Bank teller/bank admin. She got me in and got me out!! When I set up a bank account with Bank of America I was there for nearly two hours but with Ashley I was only in for 30 minutes. She was very well knowledgeable about all things UFCU and answered all questions I had. She helped to set up a checking and saving account and even helped me deposit my money into my accounts. Even when I didn’t understand something she took the time to re-explain everything in a different way. Thank you Ashley for making my day of errands off to a good start

Joel helped me today when I went in needing new cards because I lost my wallet. I lost my ID as well and was so worried I wouldn't be able to get new cards without it. Joel verified my identity in a few different ways and had new cards in my hand within minutes. I am beyond thankful for his help and understanding during this stressful situation! This UFCU will remain my favorite to go to, I am never let down.
