Update....I responded with an email....still nothing useful from you. Another place that doesn't really care. You have my email and phone number. How about about some answers? Since before Storm Helene I have been waiting for someone to help me........Been a member here for a long time. Very disturbed by the lack of answers for a problem. Tellers are ok, girl that may or may not be manager seemed to be bothered by my problem.....tells me she has nothing to do with my problem. So who is responsible for my money when it is deposited? Been waiting for an answer for over 2 months. Should of been a simple conversation, but the attitude of these people is... it's not my problem. Save your 'ai' response and find out what caused the problem. Big bank attitude now.

This is an absolutely beautiful banking location with a spacious lobby with granite counters, large waiting area and a two-story high ceiling with upper windows. Such a sunny, pleasant and welcoming location.

Although I do not personally bank here, I was assisting my elderly Mother-in-law with her banking transactions at a teller window. The teller, Madi Metz, went above and beyond to help my mother-in-law with her multiple transactions, all while keeping a bright and cheerful disposition. She was very patient, kind and did not rush. She was extremely helpful and my mother-in-law felt very safe and valued as a Grow Financial member. Based on this interaction I would recommend this branch and was impressed by the experience.
