This place has become an absolute nightmare! My partner signed all the documents they printed, only for them to later claim she didn’t check off the necessary sections. Their incompetence is astounding! The form was printed with a digital checkmark already in place, yet they insisted we fill out more. I had to return twice, and they expected me to fix their mistakes. This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve had with this registry.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but it’s clear that this business has completely fallen apart. The staff are clueless, unprofessional, and lack basic understanding of their responsibilities. The entire place is in shambles, and I will not be coming back. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this place at all costs!

To make matters worse, I went to AMA with the exact same form, and they completed the change without any issue, even confirming that a signed form was sufficient. Clearly, AMA isn't doing anything illegal, which leads me to believe that your employees are simply not trained to the necessary standard.

Lastly, there’s no need to respond with the same generic excuses you've given to other negative reviews. It would be better to focus your energy on properly training your staff. If you don’t have customers, you won’t have a business. While I used to recommend your service to my family and friends, who still visit your registry although, I won’t be returning. This has been beyond disappointing.

I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts on your responses to customer reviews. I appreciate how you acknowledge praise for your business and staff, often highlighting individual team members. This creates a positive atmosphere and shows that you value their contributions.

However, I’ve noticed that when it comes to criticism, your responses tend to distance the business from the issues raised, mentioning that the examiners are appointed by the Government of Alberta. This can be confusing for customers and may not convey a commitment to addressing their concerns.

Additionally, a rating of 3.2 out of 5 stars is not ideal and indicates there may be room for improvement. Adopting a more constructive approach to criticism, where you express a willingness to look into the feedback and improve, could strengthen customer trust and demonstrate that you genuinely care about their experiences.

Here is my experience of Road Test.
I have just given the road test? at A Plus registry. My test date was Dec 7, 2024 @2:45. Alhamdulillah, I passedthe test on my first attempt. The examiner was « Pawanpreet Singh » with examiner number 14548. He gave me very clear instructions about the test and, was very polite and friendly. At the end, he gave me some useful advice to enhance my driving skills. If anyone is booking test here, I wish he/she could have this examiner.
Overall, there was very good experience with this examiner.

This is the second time I went for my road test the instruction that are the instructor that I have was not good. He was not even helpful and this very scary place is a very awful place twice. Can you keep on feeding me? He said oh I did not check right And it's not true. He is not funny. He's so angry. He is not a good person. The guy that have the trouble on his head. He's not good. I will not recommend anyone to go to this place for driver license because they are not.

I passed my road test today with Mr. Preet (Examiner No. 14548). His directions are clear and given precisely. He has a very calm and respectful manner which really helped calm me down during the test. Also, the ladies at the reception were very friendly, kind, and professional. Thank you!

Hi all

I passed by your branch, the reception was excellent and the procedures were quick and easy. I accepted everything, even the result of the road test was failure, but I did not and will not accept the examiner's shouting (No. 14548).

He confused me with his shouting and I continued the exam in a bad mood.
