The customer service has gone to crap. Their interest rates are sub par.
Their drive thru service has gone especially to trash. I just sat in the driv thru for 20 minutes on Xmas eve. As soon as our cd deposit matures next month, I'll close every account I have with this institution.

I came in close to closing time and needed help with my account. Cathy McKamie really helped me out especially by informing of what I needed to do step by step, and was incredibly polite while helping me quickly with my issue at each step. The staff seemed to me to be well organized and helpful. This made for a very efficient and pleasant experience.

Kimberly Keith helped me open my first ever bank account and made it so easy and fun. Credit unions usually intimidate me and make me procrastinate even going but Kimberly made it so great. It was easy, quick, and a genuinely fun. She’s an amazing and uplifting employee, y’all are lucky to have her!!

I would like to start off by saying that my counselor Kimberly Keith was a kind and caring individual who jumped right into action when she heard of my last banking experience from a competitor down the street from the Moore branch, I feel that she answered all the questions I brought up and even helped me understand a few things I didn’t know, thank you Kimberly?

On June 21,2021, I opened an account with WEOKIE not knowing much about this particular credit Union and Kimberly Keith (one of the counselors) was extremely welcoming and helpful! She was not just professional in her manner, but also very personable which is some thing that I appreciate.

Attitude much! After sitting at the drive thru for well over 5 minutes and no response whatsoever, I push the call button to inquire how much longer it was gonna take because I still have to get to work. The response was, “well, I’m helping someone else right now and it’s gonna take as long as it’s gonna take”. Very unprofessional, in my opinion.

Will NOT ever get an acct here. Went in to cash a check from a family member w the same last name, and on top of Driver License & thumbprint & $5 fee, they want your phone number (wellll....ok i GUESS) Then they want my Soc Sec # -! So i say that's not something u all need just to cash a check ESPECIALLY if I dont have an account there. Well some redheaded mgr type guy who was nearby jumps down my throat and starts chewing me out! i'm like: what, i cant voice my opinion? and he keeps on like having a complaint is against the law or something and threatens to not cash my check and BAN ME FROM GOING THERE AGAIN. Mind u, i never cussed or insulted or anything. -I guess thats how they treat people. Have family who have accounts so i was considering opening one, but def not now! Go anywhere else and they appreciate your business.
