It was horrible. I tried to open one for three months and got the runaround. It didn't matter who I spoke with, I needed to talk to someone else. I have had a credit card with this credit union since I was 16 years old and they were no help. I went somewhere else and they made it happen. Some where the customer service had a breakdown and I will not use them again for anything. Will keep my card open for my credit but will not use any services they provide again.

I have had an account with Oklahoma's credit Union for many years and have never had any problems....
Everyone that I have spoken to is always knowledgeable, Courteous and helpful.
I have also worked directly with Riley Harris and she is the best to get you the best interest rate and goes on and beyond to help.

I had an issue with a scammer. Luckily I found out before the check I had written was cashed. OECU was great. They were very nice and helped me with everything I needed to. So grateful!

I have been with this credit union for years- very nice. The other day I fell VICTIM to a SCAM on Google and was a couple seconds from loosing my money. I called the Credit Union and told them what was going on and they confirmed it was a scam-they froze my accounts-reapplied for new credit card-printed tempory checks for my new account and gave me a debit card. They have an entire department for scam defense for their customers and they were quick and soo supportive. These are the people you want looking out for you!!!!
