Where should I start? Oh, thank you! If it wasn't for the drawn-out fiasco with your credit union, I wouldn't have gotten a better deal and better truck. I understand yall had to say no for that to happen, so that is why I thank you. I believe in what's meant to be will be. I also believe in honesty. A month ago, I went to this branch to get a loan. Jess said we were approved, so we sat around for an hour and a half. Then I was told that since I was a 1099 salesperson, addition to bank statements and paystub, which more than proved I could afford the vehicle, you wanted taxes as well. As a 1099 person I need all the write-offs I can get but when my 2022 is higher than 2021 because I made more money (doesn't every business want a profit?) I got turned down because you averaged the 2 years. Each year, my client base will be going up, so that made no sense. But each to their own. Again, thank you for giving me the opportunity to bank with a better place and get a brand new vehicle.

Really should be a zero but that isn’t available. I would beware of going to this place. Jess Told us we were approved and the stips required. Everything was emailed before our appointment. Nothing was looked at until we arrived. We waited nearly 2 hours to find out they now needed tax returns due to 1099 employment. We asked if any other way, didn’t make sense as previous taxes wouldn’t show same income. They dragged this on a month… waiting for the accountant to finish taxes at the busiest time. As soon as we finally had what they were looking for, they denied the loan based on the information we said would be different. It worked out for us, as We were able to get a brand new truck somewhere else and in less than 4 hours. Think twice before going there. They do not seem to know what they’re doing and have no problem wasting your time and playing credit games. It also cost me something else but I’ll keep it to myself. Just beware.

Approved for credit card on last week .the loan officer who was the Manger.Told me I would receive a email to sign never happened called to today was informed my application was not worked on so I'm very upset and will not go back to that place I was informed she is out of town in Midwest city office so if I would not have called nothing would have happened. So my information is just sitting there on someone desk .
