I wonder why there is no response to such an important service value. Is it possible that the owners are a reflection of this type of personality? If it is known that this person is like that and does not have any illness, this type of disrespect should not be accepted in this store.

Wonderful staff and company. However, there was a customer who went in today and treated a single staff member so disrespectfully that it made my wife cry. The customer was a man, and the staff was a woman, and he just kept degrading her. The worst part was that other staff members just sat and watched, but nobody tried to intervene. After all of that, the explanation was that he is always like that. This is unacceptable. These are great people, and she did not deserve that. I hope that someone in management sees this and fixes this problem.
