BE WARNED: the auto land representative Ulysses. Will scam you. Go to an actual car dealership. He never showed me the car sticker and ripped us off. He claims he’s the best and brain washes you, stating he doesn’t work with losers that don’t want to buy a car but only take up his time. We need Steve back in this office.

Customers service is very slow and they don't take care of people by order. I was waiting there when the lobby was empty and no one attended me. I was waiting for 30 minutes and when the lobby got full everyone was served except for me. I've been a member for over 30 years and this is the only branch that has ever treated me like this.

Customer service is always great, they also have a coin deposit machine inside so you can get rid of any change you might have.
