Maybe prejudice, I’ve been banking with unify for years now and they have never approved me for a loan even though I could qualify. I’m always give a reason but they seem petty and irrelevant. Idk, is it just me? I’m thinking not.

So I got a message from google about my review of unify financial credit union. Basically unify apologizes and blames the fact I don’t get loans from them on automated service…. This is not acceptable…. If you’re automated system is rejecting people without explanation or appeal you’re basically say that there are no loans for people like me as a policy. I dare you to fix this cause all the mangers I speak with say the same thing without actually helping. I condemn a no explanation or appeal policy. Booo unify financial credit union for such callus treatment. I am more than a dollar to be taken.

Had an account with them for several years. This location is the worst of them. Huntington Beach was great. I'm so glad I switched to another bank.

If there is one thing you should never do... never let the manager touch your account. She will ruin it, and all the zelle and other services will be gone, and it can't be reversed. I couldn't even use the ATM.

I was an honest, pretty decent dollar amount, and I couldn't even use the ATM.

If you have Unif, get out while you can. Or go to the Huntington Beach location.

Deposited $300 at Co-Op ATM here and it never showed on my account. I was never able to get my money back or an explanation. ?

I purchase a car and it ended up being financed through Unify Credit Union. In order to pay my car note with my checking account, they wanted my user name and password for my bank! If other companies can simply use your routing number and account number to make a payment, why do they need full access! I eventually traded the car in for another one and instead of mailing me the overpayments, they deposited into the account! I called and requested they closed the account but the representative lied at first and said she could not over the phone and that I had to log in online and message them. I asked what about those without internet and she finally confessed to it just being a preference of Unify. After some additional back and forth, she agreed to mail me a check for everything but $5. The next day, I get a call from another representative stating they would not mail me a check until I call them back to confirm that is what I wanted!!! What was the whole point of the initial call? Now, several weeks later, I still do not have my $615 overpayment and the account is still open!!!!

I would never ever recommend Unify Credit Union and never purchase a car from anywhere that deals with them!

I am SO happy with UNIFY F.C.U. and especially this branch where I opened my account. Certainly one of the best decisions I’ve made and I only wish I had made the change sooner. Highly Recommended.

It's a co-op branch which is great for me considering by home bank is based in another state. Usually fast and ATM outside is co op as well so no fee if you come after hours.

I have had no problems with Unify Financial Credit Union until I had this branch. Abe Quijas, Member Financial Specialist provides the worst customer service.
