DCCU has the best rates on car loans and they are very honest and transparent with the whole process. I really felt that they were on my side and Alex was great to work with! He fought hard to get me the best rate and we got it.

Worked with Alex at the Delta Credit Union on Johnson Ferry Road to upgrade to a new credit card. Alex was fantastic. While he worked with me through the various steps, he simultaneously answered every question I asked him about fraud prevention and ways to keep my accounts secure. I have always had great service for this location. "Johnson Ferry Rd branch" When I have any issues that the teller could not help me with, I would ask to speak with the branch manager. He is very friendly and more then will to help.
I recently had a problem with a check I sent to the wrong location through bill pay. He was able to help me resolve the problem and retrieve the money from check.
Awesome job and I really appreciate the service you give to your customers.

I have gone into the Johnson Ferry branch, too many times to mention, for help with details involved in setting up an LLC. Alex has been a life saver to me, even though I made mistakes causing him to repeat steps. He's always very gracious to help.

Delta Community CU graciously donated the $21 coin processing fee to Trinity School when they heard that the coins were going to buy water filters for people in Kenya! Thank you! That donation will actually pay for half a filter!

Do yourself a favor and establish business with a different credit union. Their procedures are cumbersome and their computer systems are antiquated. In short, they are difficult to do business with.

The Marietta/Johnson Ferry Rd branch has excellent customer service. If I have a business or personal checking matter that must be done in person, I prefer this branch over the others I have visited. It's not the closest or most convenient for me but it's worth it to feel respected and appreciated as a member.
