Great place. Chad, maintenance dude/local musician is awesome. There were very few issues. Those we had were addressed within a few minutes of calling, literally. The place is well thought out.

From the touring of apartment, to move in, and troubleshooting issues.. Chris & Cynthia have been an exceptional management team.
They are incredibly responsive and truly believe in an excellent and safe residential experience.
You can count on them to quickly fix problems from all angles of apartment living.

There aren’t as many amenities, but the complex location and quality of the units and appliances make up for it.

If your priority is a top notch management team that are strong communicators and that care for their residents… this is the place for you!

Living at a CO/OP summer st. has been an incredible experience. I never thought I would say that about an apartment complex. But, when it really comes down to it, Chris, Chad, and Cynthia are the ones that make this place so special. They are the friendliest staff and go above and beyond to support this community and build it into a safe place. I had a concern once about someone coming into the building that didn’t live here and Chris already knew about the person and was able to reassure me/take action if needed. They take all our concerns seriously and are patient with us. This place has less amenities than many other apartments, but they make up for it with a warm, safe, supportive and friendly community.

I currently have the pleasure of living at this apartment complex and I must say, the management team truly sets the bar high for how apartment complexes should be run. Chris, along with Cynthia, goes above and beyond to ensure that residents feel like they are part of a true community. Even though the amenities might be limited, the stellar management more than makes up for it.

While other apartment complexes may boast a myriad of amenities, this place demonstrates that exceptional management can more than make up for any shortcomings. The pool, one of the few amenities available, is well-maintained and provides a great space for residents to relax and unwind.

Living here, I have never felt more taken care of as a tenant. Knowing that Chris and Cynthia are looking out for the best interests of the residents gives me peace of mind. They truly prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of those who call this place home.

4.5/5 (google doesn't do half stars). Fantastic front staff and very well maintained hallways within the complex. Very walkable community not too far from the bayou. Apartment is easy to navigate through which was a problem in my last apt complex. Utilities are bundled in a single fee. Apartment is well priced for the area. I haven't noticed any security issues but I have heard of some in the apartment complex next door so be careful at night

The only glaring issue I noticed is that there simply doesn't seem to be enough parking, and you will have to use overflow parking if coming late. The parking is also a bit tight.
