I paid for a deep cleaning. Everything was supposed to be cleaned. They didn’t even open the windows and wipe the window sills out. They missed so many things. They did not move the couches from the walls to clean behind, they said they can’t because they’re not insured ? Did not even wipe the dust from the top of refrigerator.Very unprofessional job in my opinion.

The booking was done under my daughter’s name Aidyn Clay.

Very disappointing. So many things went wrong throughout the entire process. I scheduled a move in cleaning for a home we just purchased.

The cleaner didn't show at the scheduled time, and Chris, the owner made lots of excuses-- even blamed me for "not adding my phone #" to my account-- although he had texted me several times leading up to the appointment! I wasted an hour waiting on someone to show up.

Only one cleaner was sent to clean a very large house and I ended up with a partially cleaned house. Chris tried to blame me again because of the size and condition of the house. He never came out to look at the house or its condition, or ask any questions before giving me a price.

For my partially cleaned house and wasted time, he refunded me $50. Wow.

We had to move into our house with it partially clean. Chris sent the cleaning person back AFTER we had moved in, but with our moving boxes everywhere, it made it more difficult to get to everything.

I would never recommend Tidy Coop to anyone.
