I recently had the pleasure of visiting Vantage West Credit Union, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. Alejandra assisted me during my visit, and she went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. She was incredibly fast, efficient, and friendly, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to excellent customer service, and Alejandra truly made my day with her exceptional service.

The location itself was also impressive. The branch was immaculately clean, and the modern design gave it a high-class feel that made me feel comfortable and valued from the moment I walked in. The attention to detail in the space is evident, and it’s clear that they put effort into creating a welcoming atmosphere for every visitor. It’s a place where you feel confident about your financial decisions.

What really stood out to me, though, was how everyone at the branch was so friendly and attentive. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with warmth and respect by the entire team. The staff genuinely seemed interested in providing the best experience possible, and I left feeling truly cared for. I can confidently say that Vantage West Credit Union, and especially Alejandra, exceeded my expectations in every way, and I look forward to returning!

VWCU has been extremely disappointing in terms of customer satisfaction. After being with them for over 16 years, I’m relieved to have finally closed all my accounts. While others may choose to bank there, I can't recommend Vantage West Credit Union, especially when there are far better options available.

Walked in for a notary and a need for a large withdrawal for some legal paperwork. This is not a branch I normally frequent, as it's not usually on my part of town, but I was running errands in the area and it was convenient at the time.

I was pleasantly surprised to be helped by none other than Jay Hand, who had worked with me before and helped me with another notary at the Valencia branch. He has always been kind, professional, and real down-to-earth while being attentive and helpful.

VantageWest always seems to treat people like family- and especially Jay. I've never been more happy to work with a financial institution than I have with Jay Hand and VW- and I think customer service for all other businesses could use a Hand!

Last month I walked into the Euclid branch and asked to a Loan Officer. I was already reapproved and under contract for a house. It was suggested I try the local credit union because they usually have better rates. I was met with Francisco and we went over the numbers and for under $8k I could get a 15-year at 5.25% rate. He suggested we wait before locking it down since he & colleagues felt the Feds was going to lower the interest rates. Over a week past and the rates started climbing. I called and left voicemails and emails. I even drove over to the branch to find out he went on vacation for 1 week. Speaking with his manager we finally locked it at 5.625% w/ >$8k to get the rate. Then the fiasco of the underwriters with him & the processor Angelica. Every time I completed forms for them they would come back with new forms. My friend who has been in the mortgage industry was not impressed with the amateurism of this loan office. I spoke the the Loan Manger Nikki weeks before COE and she said we have plenty of time. My reply was, "I'd like to complete everything early." Everything thing was last minute. It was a joke that Francisco called me and said "I'm glad we could help you out." I will never recommend this loan office. When I arrived at the Title office and signing papers to take ownership of the house. Barbara informed me they hadn't received the final numbers from Vantage West. She couldn't reach them, no one was answering. Luckily Angelica picked up when I called her. Vantage West claimed they never received the email from even though Barbara had the email with the time stamp it was sent. They are a joke.

This is a horrible company who looks for loopholes to take even more money from you. Please stay away from Vantage West. My story is that the gave me the incorrect address for the lien holder of my car loan and then decided they can charge me extra fees for their mistake and even though its corrected I still have to give them more money for the next 3 months. They didn't event contact me so I could fix the issue they caused- I had to discover it when I logged in and it said I owed more money. It's companies like this which are making the world a horrible place, deliberately screwing people over just because they can. They do not deserve to be under code 501c.

I have been dealing with Vantage West on my brother's behalf since he ended up the hospital unexpectedly. I have spoken with them numerous times trying to get things taken care of from out of state. Each Customer Service person has been extremely patient and helpful . It took a number of tries to complete due to my brother's condition, but I can not say enough good things about this credit union. If I was in Arizona I would definitely have an account with them! My daughter was right....they are Wonderful!! ***
