Refuse to answer the phone about any issues with orders. My online order got reduced to a small order which basically charged me extra. So not only did I not receive my items but I got charged more than what I initially paid for

I on multiple occasions have tried calling them up about delivery issues. And never once have they answered. Why even have a phone number if you cannot answer the damn phone!
Don't bother ordering online. They do a horrid job

the ceiling broke. and my nan went to the co op and someone said you can't come and my nan said why and because of the ceiling so my 69 year old nan had to go home thanks to Co op

I placed a order on deliveroo at 1:26am knowing they close at 2am but delivery said 10 to 20 mins,got passed 2am called co op,the person I spoke to angrily said they close at 2am and I said I completely understand and reason for calling is,it got passed 2am and delivery times kept changing that’s why I called and as I was trying to say sory to bother you even though it’s not my fault.he hanged up the phone on me.Realy rude and will make a complaint with co op head office.I unfortunately didn’t get he’s name because he hanged up on me.I understand it’s late,I work late myself but no reason to be rude or hang up the phone on me.I almost never complain because I work in catering and understand but hanging the phone up on me I draw the line,no need for it.will never use co op again.

Great 24 hour store that has everything you need to top up your shelves at home or for a larger shop, decent alcohol selection, but only a small freezer section at the back. Plenty of tills so you rarely have to queue. They have taken all the necessary precautions for Covid as well.

What an experience. Would recommend phoning ahead and getting on Guestlist. The queues can take a while but to be expected for such a prestigious club. Strong selection of drinks and snacks.

10/10 would come back.

It's a Co-op. It sells expensive food. The GRO cookies are very nice.

However…

• Don’t go before 12:00 on a Sunday.

• Don’t get anything ordered to here. The ‘machine’ is often out of use, or ‘charging’.

• The staff are mostly students, who are fine for keeping the shelves mildly stacked, but have the customer service skills of a concrete slab.

THIS IS NOT 24 HOURS SO STOP SAYING ONLINE IT IS!!! Wasted my time driving all the way there only to be told by about 5 staff who were inside, that its closed and doesnt open til later. Took my business to Sainsburys up the road. This has happened several times to me now. Either change your times online or keep it open if you want business!
