I've been paying attention to the staff members at the till in this supermarket .On many occasions customers complained of being overcharged from the actual total bill.
It also has happened to me on two occasions when paying by cash for something that was half price in offer, and had to make them rectify.
So please watch out in the till.

Lost my parcel with DPD last December 2023, been trying to get a hold of them since DPD responded they dis not receive from Coop. No one answers from the number posted online so had to call a general customer service line and they have been giving me the same response saying they will contact the area manager but until now there is no update.

Good selection but staff are incredibly rude. Person on self checkouts always has an attitude without fail. I have worked in this exact job and know it doesn’t take much to force a smile or at least not glare at customers or make a point to make them uncomfortable.

This coop is my local as I live in the World’s End Estate. Now being of old age and cannot walk much, my children have used this l local store to deliver to me, a mere 8 mins walk but this time I encountered the most hideous delivery driver yesterday. He called but I missed it, when I finally spoke to him he said he was at the front door, not my door but by the other building which he made an elderly lady go and get him & the bags of shopping, shouted at me saying he has 3 more deliveries and has no patient for this. I said I cannot carry them all the way to my flat, which he continued to complain & mumble! Never experienced this with coop before, all other delivers have been OK. Coop needs to train these drivers to have patience for old age pensioners who cannot hear nor walk much, have some compassion. Poor service.

Coop please do not hire very rude delivery drivers who do not have patient for elderly individuals who may not have good mobility. The driver was extremely rude to my elderly mother, who did not hear the phone the first time and made her walk to another building to get her shopping and who refused to help her carry it to her door. Poor service for a mere 5 mins walk to her flat! Really dissaponted!
