The mortgage division is absolutely TERRIBLE.
Anisleydi Castro, the “only” person in charge of mortgages in FL as stated by her, provides terrible customer service and her overall bad demeanor lead me to go with another lender. After nearly 3 days of sending emails and making calls to get in contact with her, the office in Dallas said simply to wait. She finally called back 3 days later but the interest rates went higher and she said “too bad, interest rates are higher now”. She did not provide any solution and in fact made me feel like it was all my fault.
When I made the first contact and told them my closing was in exactly 29 days they said “we need a full month, so I don’t know if that’s gonna work”… this is the type of service you will get from them. It’s unreliable and impolite.

Honestly if I could give them less than one star I would. Horrible service I called on Tuesday of last week to resolve an issue on my credit card. And still no response. I called them again today and the only response they give me is to call again next week. Like yeah just survive another week without my credit card. They sure are accurate to charge you yet not to resolve your problem. Save yourself the hassle and find a better banking or credit union.

Amazing service here, I’ve never been so pleased. I want to give special thank you to Ms. Laura Labrador, she is an angel. I come here all the time with my grandmother and she’s always so patient and compassionate. Even if my grandma forgot why she asked me to take her there ?, Laura just smiles and laughs with us. She is the best, thats one thing grandma I will never forget.

Please, please ,please do not send notices of adverse action to your members showing the full social security number and account number. This information is highly sensitive to disclose the full numbers by mail. At least mask most of it.

I will so surprise that the teller was given me a check while an other customer standing over me … the point is who’s know anyone Intention. She was rude to me to begin with so why not don’t care about my well being outside the bank . Thank you Will not go to this branch anymore so disrespectful
