She was compassionate, a great listener, and she discussed all the options for my situation. Got a really good vibe about this agency. I am 100% wheelchair bound with multiple sclerosis. I do not stand at all. My husband uses a slide board to move me from my wheelchair to sit on the potty and off again. I can no longer sleep in a bed because I cannot roll so I sleep in a lift chair. So he uses the slide board to slide me in and out of my lift chair to the wheelchair. And I never really feel safe when someone else is moving me. But my husband’s aunt passed away and he was going to be gone for a couple of days and I called Visiting Angels, and they hooked me up Raquel Turner. my first thought was oh my goodness I’m not sure she can move me. But not only did she move me, but it was safe and secure at all times! On top of that she is a happy and cheerful woman and we hit it off right away! She was such a pleasure to be around and so helpful around the house as well! I cannot be happier, and if another occasion occurs that my husband needs to go somewhere, I now have faith that I have somebody that can help me out again! He is my constant caregiver so might just give him a break once in a while and bring my friend back over to help me out again! Raquel Turner THANK YOU! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Every caretaker that took care of my husband has been wonderful. All of them are very professional and caring. Susan Buchanan has been exceptional with my husband! Immediately upon her arrival she gets him off the couch and to the bathroom. Mr. Ed, my husband, responds so well to Susan. Susan takes such good care of him which means the world to me! Susan is kind, compassionate, skilled and just an amazing person and excellent caregiver! She has been a blessing to my husband, myself and our family! In fact, we consider Susan to be part of our family! We cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication! Not only are we blessed to have Susan but Visiting Angels is too!

Visiting Angels is top notch. The admin staff is responsive and very patient and understanding. They do their best to accommodate every request and have not missed on one of mine yet. Getting my parents schedule 'dialed in' has been an effort and they have been in constant communication and super cooperative. Their CNAs are polite and very personable. I can't say enough, so glad I connected with them to help my mom and dad. Best decision.
