I wouldn’t recommend moving in this building . The apartments are full of roaches and water bugs . The elevators do not work properly. The hallways are filthy . The trash can on the first floor makes the whole lobby stink . Everyone who works for the building are mainly Felons and they send them to your apartments for inspection and keys to
Your home which they shouldn’t be allowed too . Certain things should
Be taking care by trained or certified professionals . The staff is extremely rude and unorganized. I would NOT RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO LIVE HERE . (they also have a extreme Rat problem in the front and back of the building it’s extremely bad . You can see the wholes in the ground from the rats when you first walk up to the building .!

Lived here for 3 and a half years. For the area, price is unbeatable. Rent kept getting raised every January though. Small parking lot was first-come, first-serve and more than half the lot was full even during typical “working” hours, if you get home anytime after 4pm you can forget about finding a parking spot. Laundry room had a lot of machines but small machines so it cost a lot to wash. At least half the time at least one (of 3) elevator was out, sometimes 2. Neighbors were mostly quiet. Fantastic view, spacious living rooms. No online rent payment system so must go get money order every single month. Some security there were extremely unprofessional (Beverly is the best tho, and David). I do NOT miss waiting 10-15 minutes for the elevator some days while carrying groceries.

THE PARKING HERE SUCKS..I'VE BEEN DRIVEN AROUND SINCE 10 PM IT IS NOW 330AM .. MY GUEST DONT EVEN COME TO VISIT CAUSE THERE IS NO PARKING THATS SAD FOR TENANTS THATS PAYING RENT. IM SURE NOBLE SQUARE CAN AT LEAST RENT ONE OF THESE PARKING LOTS OVER HERE FOR THE TENANTS!!!! ITS REALLY SAD AND DISHEARTENING THAT ITS LATE AT NIGHT AND I GOTTA DRIVE AROUND FOR FOUR HOURS AND STILL CANT FIND PARKING

Lived here for almost 4 years.. at first it was a pretty cool place to live very family like, but as the years went on it became worse and worse. ALOT of roaches, extremely hot all year around (they control the heat in your apartment and also don’t supply AC during summer which is the worst) most of the front desk staff are extremely confrontational and lazy! My guests always felt uncomfortable while checking in, and the office workers are extremely rude as well. After living here for almost 4 years I was never “approved” to have a key to get inside the front door.. which was pretty strange to me considering I got approved for much more nicer areas... I gave this place a star for the view and another for the price but other than that I wouldn’t recommend this apartment. I’d rather pay more to feel safe and comfortable in place I’m paying for.

This place should be call home. It is the best place to live, and it is in a great area in the city. Just minutes from everything. You can LIVE, WORK, AND PLAY in this area without giving up an arm and leg.
