We wanted to share hotel charges for parking even though there is no valet or covered parking options. Multiple family members had multiple rooms for stays to attend funeral services and hotel wanted to charge all for parking. Very disappointed with coffee services. Staff were not prompt to have coffee made and available in the lobby. Maybe an automatic coffee machine can be installed. Not all rooms had microwaves. Desk staff were friendly.

Had an awesome stay at the courtyard by Marriott in Dallas Arlington south. Its location was very convenient and had other stores and restaurants surrounding it. The lobby was nice and the parking was decent. It’s a beautiful place. It was super cold tho. The rooms were nice and spacious. Nothing special it did the job. The front desk receptionist named Michelle was super nice the whole visit. She laughed and started conversation with my family. There wasn’t any hotel breakfast but they did have a coffee bar and other sorts at the bar. It has a workout area and a conference room. It has a pool but we did not visit. Our floor on had ice machine. I would stay here again.

For this hotel to be a part of the marriott branch I definitely expected more. Our bathroom door was broken, our heat did not work, the house keepers cleaned our room but did not give us enough towels for two people. Also, there was not an atm in the hotel. What I can say is the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Was there for a one day meeting, did not stay overnight. But I tell you, the staff was nice, have an urgency about them, and seems happy to be there.
The hotel was spotless. I would not hesitate to stay in the hotel overnight at this location.
It felt safe.

This was one of the worst rooms we every experiencd. We were given a handicap room, that was not requested room with an extremely low bed that had absolutely no support.
Making it uncomfortable and impossible to get a good night's sleep. There was only a handheld shower at a very low level That was impossible to get under when standing. The room smelled musty and the wall paper in bath was peeling. Both times in lobby there were no visible staff at desk or in restaurant area. Nothing in rooms about location of ice/vending or restaurant & breakfast option. Outrageous for a 3 star rated hotel that charges such high rates-will not stay at a Courtyard property ever again.

Positive: The hotel is conveniently located to many area eateries, attractions and shopping. The price was very competitive. Negative: The bistro was not opened for longer hours in the mornings.

We arrived at 1230pm and we're told our room wasn't ready and dismissed at the same time as we were informed that check-in is at 3pm. I've never had a problem checking in early at any other property. We returned at 3pm and were told our room wasn't ready then waited an hour only to be told they cleaned the wrong room. After another 30 minutes they changed our room and got us checked in.
The TV wouldn't work, only has Netflix but internet goes in and out so we couldn't use it for a day or so.
No pool here but this isn't relayed through the app. I booked at the special free breakfast rate and was told it was purchase only. Won't be back to this property. For the money it's better to get a good breakfast and newer accommodations at Springhill suites.
