I only just signed up to become a member with Canvas Credit Union yesterday 1/22 and I'm already feeling a sense of relief, especially after the incredible customer service I received from Diany. She was so kind and patient with my questions. She has a lot of knowledge about this company and she walked me through all of it, step by step. Diany (as well as the manager) stayed past close to make sure I was ready to go off on my own. I really appreciate that Diany didn't push me into anything I wasn't comfortable with and that she gave me advice on which type of accounts would be fitting for my lifestyle. I already closed my accounts with my other (big) bank and I'm ready to start fresh with Canvas. 🙂

If you ever need help with a loan of any kind, I strongly urge you to contact Canvas Credit Union Lending team. I had many loans with them and compared to others I always choose Canvas. If I have to use some sellers handpicked banks, I always refinance the loan with Canvas. I am a customer since they were Public Credit Union. I love the new design of their lobby. They are a great team.

ZERO STARS-
I have too much to write regarding my recent banking transactions and communication with Canvas (and this is not specific to this branch, this is the entire banking system at Canvas Credit Union). Employees are unprofessional, poorly trained, and absolutely DO NOT have your best interest in mind as a member. WARNING-Take your hard earned money elsewhere!!! Also, I have already emailed my feedback, I'm hoping to receive a response and a follow-up in person meeting.

The bad reviews are well deserved. This is not my normal credit union, I was sent over from premier members credit union because their system was not operational for cash deposits.
I received a snotty uncaring response at Canvas because all I had was a debit card and not my account number.

Another day in the life of bad service, here at this ridiculous establishment! Do not bank here! I can not stress this enough, on how horrible all of the individuals are that work here! It seem to only be this location as I have never had issues at other locations! Josh was the cause of horrible experience today! First of all I will never understand why it takes 20 minutes to make a car payment, like they want the money but take long to except it. It's a huge waste of time... Heaven forbid you comment about the amount of time... then your not being nice to the worker lmao... get it together and do your job, talking about have a better day, I was fine before entering there!! Josh should learn what customer service is or keep his mouth shut!! His comments were uncalled for and rude, next time maybe he'll think twice before being rude to a customer... Im sure he didn't appreciate a taste of his own medicine!! Do better canvas... and if you don't bank here, keep it that way, and stay away!!

Not a very good place to get a car loan. They have no sympathy or care to know your situation that you are asking for a skipped payment. Instead of helping YOU OUT, they are just about helping themselves and add an extra charge. How is that helping your customers? They got over $20,000 sooner than they were expecting and still don't help their customers out. Not very good business and wanting to keep customers. Never had a credit union that didn't help me out or any bank, on top of that charge extra fees to do so. You guys are a joke. I will be pulling my money out very soon and closing all accounts with them.
