Update: a young, couteous lady is helping me with video banking and realized the other reps made a mistake and she is very empathetic. First light, please keep this young lady with you guys and please train the others.

First review: I have been having a difficult time with you all for almost 6 years now. I can't even get to set up an in person appointment. You all want to do everything over the phone or online ( every time I try these options, there is always a misunderstanding) I am outside in the cold sick like a dog, coughing and cannot get someone to help me.

The wonderful lady Elizabeth that is right now in Horizon branch, went above and beyond to help my daughter, I am so great full that people like her still exist , thank you Elizabeth you really made a difference!!!!!

Poor customer service only one person responsible for business accounts and you need an appointment. Valerie refused to help because she was waiting for her 1130am appointment but it was already 11:50am. Basically wasnt in a meeting and not willing to help me out while waiting. I had to drive to a different location to get help. The other location was helpful they solved my issues in 6 mins or less. Lee Trevino is terrible. This place use to be the best before they upgraded to kiosk. Not efficient at all.

Went to First Light's Lee Trevino branch to deposit a money order into savings account. I counted five employees in the branch but no one would help me with the virtual teller. I was repeatedly told that there were no in-person tellers in the branch. I was attempting to make a DEPOSIT and could not do so. Horrible customer service!!! Seriously considering taking our money out of First Light and doing business elsewhere in El Paso. I will talk to my wife about it when I get home. If you are thinking about doing business at First Light Federal Credit Union... Don't...

Was told by their customer service that there is no charge for Debit Card replacement.... However the agent insisted there is. So once again they lied.

⚠️⚠️⚠️THE LOAN DEPT REALLY IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND SLOW AT THIS BRANCH!!! I HAD A HARD TIME REFINANCING MY VEHICLE TO THE POINT THEY WERE GONNA REPO... GECU IS THE WAY TO GO!!!
