I've been a member of Resource One Credit Union for several years, and I've always been impressed with their services. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond to assist their members. In particular, I want to highlight Logan Galloway, one of the bank tellers. Logan is incredibly helpful and always greets me with a smile. He takes the time to answer all my questions and ensures that my banking needs are met efficiently. Jorge Rodríguez from Resource One in cedar hill location did an excellent job he help and answer every questions that we had. He explain everything to us also his Spanish was very good ?

They were fast and friendly. Adolf helped with my online banking issues. Ariana helped with credit card and debit card issues and Ms. Kris helped me with the QR codes and they were all equally amazing. If you are not banking with R1CU .... you should be!!!!!
