I am only a member because I was once part of the IBEW116 out of Fort Worth, Texas. For over 20 years, never a problem with IBEW FCU. Since they bought out and I have been moved, my card has been restricted, denied, fraud alerts on EVERYTHING under the sun. The people that work in the offices are HORRIBLE and RUDE as heck. There is ZERO level of customer service and they act as if you are there for them not the other way around. They don’t realize that without their customers funds, credit or utilization, they would each be without a job. As soon as I am able, I will be moving back to the IBEW and as far away from this place as possible!!!!

Loan officer and staff wasted so much of our time trying to deposit a check that the girl at the counter who wasn’t doing anything could have deposited in less than 3 minutes. Making us use the online teller who had a problem scanning our ids and we had to go to the counter anyway and wait because now the girl was showing someone how to use the online teller. A loan officer came scanned the id and said now I can go back to the online teller which was taking awhile to connect through the internet to deposit the check. Definitely will be using my other bank from now on. I don’t know who thought only online tellers were such a great idea but it’s not especially when it’s not just a simple transaction that needs to be made.

Extremely rude, disrespectful, and come off as racist bunch of employees! I had a horrible experience with these people and everytime I went into either of their branches I was always was uncomfortable, they never made me feel welcome! I would never recommend anyone to have these unorganized people to oversee their currency! P.S....The only reason I gave them 1 star is because it was the only way I could post my experience with Caters but they definitely don't deserve near a star!

I had a desire to purchase me a new car and I wanted to have it financed where I do all of my personal banking. I spoke with Shannon Brown and never have I ever experienced such professionalism and kindness. She helped me in every way to make this a smooth transaction. She is a an asset to Carter!

Usually good service. But I went to drive-thru with nobody else there. It 7 minutes to tell me that my share branch account requires me to go inside for ID card. But I had my drivers license and passport. More than enough ID. I get she was probably being trained, but to tell me there’s a difference in standing inside or sitting outside was silly. I did not appreciate the bad service.

I literally have had nothing but problems out of these people's online banking service. I cannot get into my accounts at all. This happens several times a month and has for the 2 years I've had this account. My plans for dinner tonight are ruined because I cannot transfer money out of savings. Stupid. I cannot wait to close this account
