This place is disgusting because they have cameras in the bathroom to watch us naked when we shower and they should be shut down.

I was put in here back in 2013. I was coming off drugs and some serious life changes and had a complete mental breakdown. These people were a blessing and I can say I haven’t been in any sort of trouble to get me sent back and I’ve been sober ever since! This place is seriously a blessing for me. The food was better than jail, they let you watch movies and stay up pretty late. They gave me cigarettes until someone brought me some(quit those too!) they always had clean clothes and fresh bedding something I was not used to. The staff was extremely polite patient and understanding, even though I was out of it for awhile. The doctors initially did a check on me and decided I had to stay until I could pass a check. Thank god! It was probably only around 7-10 day experience but I wouldn’t change it for anything.

IF YOU HAVE SUICIDAL IDEATIONS THIS ISNT THE PLACE FOR YOU
This place seems to be more of a detox than mental care with about half the people in the facility tweaking. I was sent here on A 5150 from out of county, and this place still haunts my dreams.

First of all, let me say they have decent food but that's about all they offer.
If you're looking for real mental help, maybe they'll offer you some arts and crafts or tell you to write out your feelings. During all the true mental help they gave i could tell it was only to take their notes. This whole team seems to be people who want to help but also just want to sit there all day and get paid for it.
There are only double beds and you're bound to get someone on their last whim in your room with you. This made it an extremely stressful environment and the staff didn't seem to care that my roommate kept creating turmoil and said it was okay to sleep in "the radio room" before it got bad enough to move us. I also found it extremely hard to sleep the entire time i was there because of a patient walking up and down the halls screaming, or in their room screaming. Nothing would ever happen as far as i know to help them or calm them down.
There were multiple occasions where a patient would start physical fights with another patient and they didn't keep them separated at all, only broke the fight up as it'd start.
The staff is all very "nice", however you can tell they don't care and are there for a paycheck. most staff is young, around my age(most in their mid twenties) and this place seems like a place for them to socialize.
If you can find other help id personally strongly suggest you find a different hospital.

I dropped off clothes to my daughter, I handed it to staff my daughter saw me hand it to staff. These people told her she doesn't know what she is talking about I never brought her anything.these clothes still had tags on them and now they supposedly don't exist. I would advise not going to this place because they look at mentally ill as being less intelligent. I am calling above their head today and calling lawyers to see what I can have done about the mental anguish they caused my daughter over the weekend by stealing from their patients.

Not helpful staff, dont have any answers to questions, dont have a clue what's going on, no supervisors or bosses available over 5 times I've called to get answers. No emails given, no full names given unless ask over and over, easily emotional staff, Desiree and another 2 staff are too young to be effective, and my Dgtr says an awful place, does not feel comfortable, not warm enuf, do not provide even basics needed. Staff gives position as RC without saying what it is. I find it stands for recovery coach when Desiree could not wvw handle my call.

Visited a relative there. Hall floors were FILTHY, so many stains. The outdoor space to get some sun was like a dog's kennel at the pound. He told the meals they serve are worse than what you see at a low budget shelter. They have NO activities, nothing to help occupy these patients, I have to bring books so he can jave something to do. The outdoor space was the worst. There were cigarette butts on the ground, a metal bucket in the corner with trash in it. And it just felt like a prison, not a place of recovery and mental healing. There was just....walls. He looked so drugged up. If this is where those without money are landed if they cant afford celebrity status facilities, than the government has failed its duties in a MAJOR way. These places can only operate by their budget and if we think this is good enough then that's a travesty, and willful ignorance will NEVER be excused.

I’m a medicine delivery driver. I delivered prescriptions couple of times here. Each time I came. They had me wait outside for a while. Why? Just take my package and give me a your first name. Why complicate things and had me wait for no reason? this is common sense 7 year old stuff.

This was place was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Not only does the staff hide behind a closed door with no windows, completely ignoring the patients, not paying attention to what is going on within the facility. This is not the 1st, it's not even the 2nd behavior health hospital I've been in, but it sure is THE WORST I have ever been in. I check myself in voluntarily, within only a couple days did I decide to check myself out for the sake of my sanity. The staff did not care about the mental health of their patients, nor their allergies
