Kramer is a good place to live full of decent people, they could be a little more thorough with their maintenance policies, I’ve had to send multiple service requests on numerous occasions.

Great staff! Jonathan is very friendly, likeable and so is Vanessa! They have been really patient with me while during the time we have been on the waiting list, with many phone calls, and lots of questions. So, finally we are up! We are excited to get a nice townhome that is tailored to our needs, and preferences that we can call our home. There is so many things that impress my wife, and I about this place, but the greatest one is how well everything is kept up! We look forward to calling this place home and being a good neighbors to the residents here.

I have lived here for just over a year now and I love it! I grew up in CL and Kramer is about a half mile from my parents' house. I love being back in my hometown, close to my family, and close to everything I need (businesses, freeways, etc.)! Kramer is well managed and very affordable! I definitely recommend living here 😀

Used to be a nice,affordable place to live. But,if you have any issues the board of seven are not on your side! They have their priorities mixed up. The manager is unqualified and runs the place like like a tyrant. Good luck getting your deposit money back when you move out. Would never recommend this place to live. Such a shame!Their reputation is tainted.

I grew up here as a child 60 years ago. My aunts and uncles were there too.
Now that they no longer need big house the Kramer Homes is perfect for them and my mother too.
The grounds are clean and kept up.

I highly recommend it.

Do not recommend living here. When I moved into my unit there was mold in the bathroom, carpet nails sticking up in the floor, the whole place was dingy and even tho they charge you to clean and repaint when you move all my walls were still painted from the old owners. My neighbor smokes so badly we have to run multiple air purifiers and still got sick from the smoke. My neighbor did not care and The office did NOTHING about it. My sister spent over 8k getting in here and now they are nickel and diming her as she is trying to move out about things they did before she moved in. They constantly pick on and write notices on certain people and completely Ignore when others blatantly disregard rules or safety of others. Currently looking for a place to move earlier then planned because this place sucks so much.

Good place to live for a smaller family. Unfortunately they kick people out for smoking even if they have a med card. They are very uptight about yards but they are very nice people. Rules are rules.

This place is AWFUL!!!!! The price to move in is very expensive ($4000-$8000) and isnt worth the SMALL units. Also management dose NOT tend to ANYONE, You are responsible for everything. I was billed for things that were broken BEFORE I moved in. Also the neighbors feel it is their jobs to watch who comes and go's from your home, and to call the police on you if you decide to celebrate Independence Day with fire works. And let's not leave out that they LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEE to add additional charges to your rent because they feel like it. Relieved I am moving out of this HELL HOLE, Kramer can keep their $430.00 monthly carrying charge ( which seems to rise any time the BOARD wants to add fees security, water etc.........)
