I have been apart of this credit union for over 5 years now & I appreciate all the staff in the office. I had experienced a concern, and Yvette, the manager called me back immediately, listened to my concerns and made everything better. The service she provided was exceptional. She not only helped with my concern, but went over and beyond to turn everything around! All the staff are very friendly and always there to help. They have even offered services to help me and my financial situation. I am glad I am a member here and encourage others who are not, to join as well. You won't regret it. I am forever grateful for all Selena Jackson from Parda Federal Credit Union do to all her Parda's customer like me on a daily basis. Selena's prompt replies to emails and phone call follow ups are outstanding, she is willing to help and guide customers like me and suggest things that I wasn't even aware of that are so helpful. And overall how Parda credit union walks with their customers together to meet their financial needs, to go as far as checking the interest rates from other loans from other banks and advised me on how best Parda can help me lower the interest rates. That's a big deal to me. I will move all my bankings to Parda Federal Credit Union soon here because they have really helped me financially and especially with my loans to make it so much easier and the lowest interest you can find out there, in addition to great workers like Selena who are ready to help anytime you call Parda.

I become a Parda member in 2017 and would highly recommend this credit union. All the staff always welcomes you with a smile and are so polite and professional. I no longer work where I become a member, however I have maintained my account and do everything remotely still receiving the same wonderful service. My husband and I needed a small loan so we could consolidate and pay off a couple of higher interest rate debts.

Leigh Hope was wonderful and called me with a great PARDA loan offer with a low fix rate. She was very knowledgeable and processed all the paperwork in a very timely manner. The whole process from start to finish was complete within a week and half and the monies will be available within 3 days.

Leigh Hope made this such an easy, smooth and pleasant experience even being states apart (I’m in CT and Leigh is in MI) she deserves a big shout out and THANK YOU!!!

I have been a member for some time and today was the worst service I had. I worked on a mobile deposit from 8:36 am to 12:23 pm due to someone not reading. (Using the messaging system) Technology is great, but sometimes you just have to pickup a phone. 4 hours later it got resolved and me calling them. It took 5 minutes to process over the phone. Just ridiculous!!!! Your manager (Yvette) going to tell me we not going to do or however her verbiage was. Sorry, but unnecessary time was wasted.
From Parda: I've just reviewed the previous deposits. The checks were made payable to Parda. In this instance, it is acceptable to not have your signature. If you were depositing a check payable to yourself, the signature and complete endorsement is required.
Me: My check was made to Parda so no endorsement needed, clearly.

Parda has a gem in Nicole Harris. I hit a deer on Monday of last week, the insurance company totaled my car on Friday. While sitting in the nail salon I called Nicole and we did the application on the phone. Before I left she had already called me back and told me I was Pre-Approved. She was so courteous, helpful and knowledgeable with the entire process. Long story short today is Thursday and I have been riding for 2 days in my new car. I sure hope all of Pardas customer service people are as friendly and knowledgeable as Nicole. I really feel that she cared about my situation and was willing to go the extra mile to get me what I needed. I will definitely send my friends and family to her. Thanks again Nicole Harris you are the best!!!

Most recently Selena was able to address my questions and provide resolution through the ever so nifty account chat feature. I love PARDA FCU!
