People Driven Credit Union is all about community and engaging in the local events and activities.
To sponsoring event raffle baskets, to handing out donuts and coffee at a local charity fundraiser, the staff truly love what they do and the people they serve.

I have been a member of this bank for quite a few years and the service has been outstanding. The tellers are very friendly and are willing to help out with any questions you may have when it comes to banking for your personal or business needs. While reading previous one star reviews on this forum, the complaints do not make any sense to me. I have never had a bad experience, nor have I ever felt like a burden to the staff. Must be some Karen's or something that had to rush to the internet to write a yelp review. Lol. PDCU in Romeo is awesome!

I am seriously considering closing my account at People driven credit union.
Every time I have to interact with the tellers at my branch they are rude, and snarky.
The girls working the counter give the impression I’m bothering them.
This is not the only financial institution I use, I’m realizing it is time for me to consolidate my business.

Wanted to open a personal savings account with my boyfriend so that we could try to save for a house, I tried to do it online because my work hours conflict with their hours of operation and I waited too long during the account opening process and it timed out (this was after business hours), the very next day I receive a call from a very helpful employee stating that they received my account application and they were eager to help me out. I was able to schedule a time to come in (close to closing time) and Shelby, one of the employees was able to help get my boyfriend and I set up. I felt bad that we came at such a late time but she assured me that it was okay and was very friendly and personable with us. The manager, Kelsey was also a huge help as my online application had caused a little trouble due to my own error. Great experience through and through! I love trusting my finances with a credit union as I am a self proclaimed “credit union girl” and the service here was other worldly EXCEPTIONAL! 10/10 WOULD recommend!

they treat their longest standing customers like garbage. customer service full of mean, rude people. will treat you like garbage if you don;t have enough money for them to profit off of.

Extremely frustrating to deal with a very poorly maintained ATM machine. First it wouldn't read the cards from Credit Union One. So I ordered new cards and they still don't work. They work everywhere else! I just came up here after transferring money to a different account and today monetary withdrawals FROM AN ATM are unavailable.
