Worked with Renee Trust on an auto loan and her and all of the other staff were absolutely abysmal. People up front have no idea what they're doing and always appear in a stressed state while managers struggle to answer basic questions about banking procedures as well.

I love this credit union. They are very personal and very supportive of their customers. I don't know the correct term for it but the rules for use (check cashing, withdrawals, overdrafts, etc.) favor the customer and are easy and they are much easier than other banks for sure and the other CU that I have used. I don't think I will ever take my account out of this credit union.

OUR Credit Union is the best. We are in the process of moving from the credit union we've been members of for 40 years. In one month, we earned more interest than we did in a year at the other credit union. Their staff is top notch: knowledgeable, polite, friendly, helpful, efficient, truly caring about their members, and provide excellent customer service. We look forward to completing the switch to OUR Credit Union, and recommend them to anyone looking for a credit union in the SE Michigan area.

Worst bank to work with in my life, we do mistakes and this one add to list of mistakes. Beware you will have very good feel when ur new customer. They don’t know how to handle and retain customers. Staff in Auto loan very rude and need best training available in country. People are supporting each other during pandemic but this bank believes in sucking hard earned money from their customer.
I don’t have option of less than 1 Star so forced to give one. Be have safe and keep away from this bank.

I love the personal experience of OUR Credit Union and especially my local Troy branch people. When you visit regularly, they will greet you by name. So refreshing!!
