The staff at Blue Ox is wonderful. The manager and tellers are friendly. I have been especially impressed with DeLisa. I've met with her in person and handled business over the phone. She is professional and helpful. She always calls back when I leave a voicemail message. I wish all businesses I work with had employees like her!

I had a positive experience with Noelle from the corporate and Brenda with the local branch. Noelle was friendly and informative but most importantly she was able to expedite matters so that from start to finish, my loan was approved and dispersed in less than 3 days! I went to the sterling heights branch to deposit my down payment and Brenda helped me. She was warm, friendly, and again worked quickly to get me in and out. Overall, I am beyond happy with my experience at Blue Ox and happy to be a new member of their credit union.

Love this Credit Union! Corinne and Brenda are seriously awesome to deal with! They helped me with numerous banking issues that were caused by me basically! Super friendly as well. I normally don't like dealing with Banks and stuff, but they make it a whole lot easier! BlueOx also helped me get my Credit Score to where it needed to be. Couldn't Recommend enough!

They will repo your car with no warning, before 90 days over due. They will tell you it’s ok to get your new job, and take it as soon as you’re employed. Disgusting policies, duplicitous morals and people that do not listen. Go somewhere else.

BlueOx is an awesome credit union with amazingly low rates! As soon as you walk in the building, you are greeted with positive energy from ALL of the ladies that work there. This credit union has exceptional member service and prides themselves in making sure that they put the member first and take care of the member. So, if you are looking for great deals on interest rates, different accounts or even credit building then I would check them out!

I had a new car financed with this company and the rate they gave me was absolutely incredible. It didn’t even there. The customer service is way better than just about any bank I have dealt with and I deal with many. They have many affiliates which makes it easy to do business with them.

Great company great service I work with them again in a heartbeat. My customer rep was Kate btw!

Phenomenal customer service. Joyce helped me today and went above and beyond with a beautiful, kind smile on her face. I've recently moved to metro Detroit from Muskegon and haven't changed banks. BlueOx is a shared branch with my bank, since having fraud on my debit card and waiting for the new one to arrive, I had to use a shared branch for banking. I'm beyond happy with BlueOx. When I do switch, this is were I'll be banking. The ladies working here made my day. Truly top notch.
