I requested my patio light bulb to be replaced and never heard anything from them and I look outside and see the work order on the ground!!! What happened to them putting it in my mailbox! I sure do miss our old maintenance men may they rest in peace!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! VERY NOSEY NEIGHBORHOOD NOBODY MINDS THEIR BUSINESS AND EVERYONE THINKS THEIR ENTITLED. A TRAILER PARK IN DETROIT WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE TO RESIDE. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!

Well kept community. There is only one problem. When they have a function happening at the clubhouse, the guests are supposed to be informed that they cannot park in a numbered parking spot. When we got to my sister someone was parked in her assigned spot. So she had to go in and ask them to please move their car.

I live here with my dad, fiancé, and two pups. We love it! Quiet, nice community. They keep up the grounds impeccably and if you need repairs they’re very quick. Amazing place to live in a good area tucked away from 16 mile.

If your going to sell your place, make sure it's clean and smells good. What I mean is, take the time and show some effort that your not a slob. I will not be purchasing anything here ever.

I like the idea of going into a coop from my condo. I'm looking to downsize one more time, and I'm seriously thinking about making it here. Well kept and friendly enough. Nice clubhouse and pool.
