This place is near and dear to my heart, My Grandparents lived there for 40 plus Years, I lived there as a young child and my Mother Still Lives there. The Townhouses are really nice but the People that live there are another story. If you want to stay somewhere where people aren't Nosy and don't complain about every little thing that happens then don't go there. The Management feels as if they own you as well as the Townhouse, but the Maintenance guys are Very Cool and good at what they do, one of the gentlemen even came to show his respects at my Grandmother's Funeral which Speaks Volumes to me. All in All it's a Nice place and it Butt's up to Hines Park so You can see all sorts of wildlife, a 6 point Buck walked up to my Mom's patio door.

Horrible staff. I called several times leaving a message inquiring about a waitlist and haven't revived any calls back. Townhomes don't even look that nice. I wouldn't recommend.
Edit: To the rude manager response, I doubt low income housing could be the best in the city. You don't know how answering a phone works. Even if you couldn't leave a voice mail I would still have a missed call so try again. Also, how many months did it take you to respond to my review

Great location in Plymouth Township. Walking distance to downtown Plymouth. Pleasant environment. Clean grounds. Would consider living there as a downsizing location.

Ehhh not a lot of crime for a low income apartment complex (correct me if im wrong) but the old maintenance workers were rude to the children and we used to have a lady who would take pictures of the children playing because of a incident that happened a couple years back when they "vandalized" the maintenince shed, i mean i moved 2 years ago so why should i be talking (also if one of the staff replies can u tell can u say how the crime is in mayflower
