Absolutely horrid. My father had been a member for a very long time with them and all of the name changes throughout the years. As the sole financial provider for our family his money had been deposited into his account. When my father became ill and was placed into hospice, my mother had a power of attorney made (signed by my father) and was submitted to the main branch. She was met with hostility and an over all environment of who cares. They drug their feet, ignoring the power of attorney, subsequently leaving my mother and dying father without access to money, his money not the banks. When he passed, my mother was told by the branch manager (in a condescending tone and attitude) that the original paperwork is no good anymore. Shaw has had to spent close to $4000 to hire a lawyer, money she does not have, to gain access to his account. Now the money has been released and has to sit for 6 months, in case any debtor needs access to it. Your bank is called live free, can you explain to widow how to be able to live free because things cost money and in fact not free. If you have read to this point, do not bank with this organization. If you think it is your money in your account…think again. I hope that this is also ready by board members of this bank because honestly you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

If I could give Live Life Credit Union 10 stars I would!!! The entire staff go above and beyond for their customers. They were involved not once but TWICE and literally saved my elderly mother from falling victim to phone scams and following through with sending money. I cannot emphasize enough how appreciative my family and I are that they had her best interest at heart! I sincerely believe this Credit Union has a unique connection with their customers (angels in disguise) that you just don’t see with the larger banks. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service any financial institution has provided. Please save yourself and don't open an account or a credit card here. They had one of their managers or staff members that is no longer with them, Lawanda, mess up my credit card account and then at the end after months of stringing me along, somehow it was twisted and became my fault and my credit card was closed leading me to lose all of my credit reward points that I had accumulated when I never missed a payment or had any issues for years. "The people in the back" management never once spoke with me about the situation, I tried to be as patient as possible but this is the worst service. Cherise finally spoke to me saying she was the manager and in their own words said they closed it because they wanted to do that period. Extremely unhelpful. This is without mentioning that I have been a member since before it was Live Life, for over 13 years. I am filing a formal complaint with the credit union and with the NCUA because this was an unfair treatment of a long-term customer.
Hello, I'm not sure who responded here on Google but I have tried to reach Senior Management and was never once contacted with the person. Cherise was the only person who came to the phone and said she was the highest manager. I will file a formal complaint and update this if addressed.

I visit this credit union every week more than 3 times a week. Sometimes I just go in to see the ladies working there because they’re so friendly and easy to talk to. Love you guys thanks for always being helpful and kind and friendly. Shout out Angela and Elizabeth, Barb and Karla too! 🙂

I went into the Credit Union to open anAccount thinking that I would get a hassle because a few years ago my social security number has been compromised and the perpetrator had opened accounts using my number I felt like I was going to have a hard time because I've had such a hard time with TeleCheck and their systems to remove my name from their database but, fortunately for me I went into #LiveWell Credit Union and they were incredibly awesome and they opened the accounts for me with no hassle no problems. In 30 minutes if that muchamuch time. I'm up and ready to go.. The staff have been so nice and so kind and I really really am glad that I made the choice to LIVE WELL!! I look forward to a long personal and business banking relationship..

There are not enough words to describe the customer service here. You don't just become a member, you become a family member. All the girls are super nice and friendly. You always get a smile and warm welcoming when you walk in the door. These people fight for those who don't have anyone else on their side. I can't thank Karla, Elizabeth, Nichole and the other girls enough for everything they have done for us.

I have been a member of this Credit Union for nearly 20 years. The staff is amazing and helpful. The mortgage program and closing process is fast and efficient and the credit card rates are the best around!

Go up
