Joshua is the absolute best thing that happened to this place! He gives the best customer service, makes my time here valuable and overall cares about the people he is serving. I would steal him to work with my company in a heart beat if he wasn’t so loyal and fantastic at what he does for Bellco. You all are luck to have him. Leslie and Allison are a wonderful joy as well.

The teller we met was nice and respectful, he guided me to the manager. The manager started off very rude and throughout the conversation, which in my opinion was a professional and serious talk about an estate. I almost walked out because of how rude he was. I am only coming to Bellco because it was my father’s account. I am unhappy with my treatment and that He is in charge without any customer service experience.

Absolutely the worst company to ever deal with. We lost our son in April and had to deal with Bellco due to our son's car loan. We have gone back and forth with the company and sent them all the documents they needed. They needed a death certificate.
We sent it. They needed a Letter of Administration. We went to court to obtain this and sent it. We emailed the same documents. They sent a return email stating they received it.
Each time we called we were told to wait 10 days for them to research. Today, they showed up to repo the vehicle. No communication by email, mail, phone, nothing. After an hour and a half call with Tonya at repo who only argued with us rather than giving any type of sympathy for losing our son, told us we have 10 days to overnight the full loan payoff or it's going to auction. As a business owner myself, i have learned how to deal with issues from my clients that require a bit of empathy for what they are dealing with.

I was surprised to see a lot of comments about rudeness or wait times for this branch. I have never had anything but polite and friendly service, and have never had to wait long for a teller. Great experience for me.

I’ve been a Bellco member since they were The Frontier Airlines Credit Union, so 40 plus years. I usually bank in Aurora but needed to get a cashiers check in Castle Rock and had the opportunity to use this branch. I made a couple of visits and would like to recognize both Lesli and Joshua who were both incredibly helpful, pleasant and professional. Thank you!

Been with bellco for over 10 years. They were very good before. I don't know what happen, they are horrible. Only reason I left my bank was because I saw bellco was a good credit union. I don't know. It's soooooo disorganized, customer service act like they don't want to be bothered with you, they give misleading information, etc. It's just horrible now. Have to move on from them and go to a regular bank. Just very disappointed.

I have been banking with Bellco since I graduated high school and I’ve always liked it and never had a problem. The past three months I’ve gone in to have an automatic payment stopped and each time I was told it’s canceled and I’m good and the payment has still come out. Today I went to the castle rock location and Laura, took the time to investigate what was going on and helped me figure out what the heck was going on. Turns out it wasn’t Bellco’s fault it was another institution. Needless to say, I was very happy that Laura took the time to help me and figure out my issue.
