Stopped in yesterday to set up a checking account for my business. I was helped by Andrea who was awesome. Got me everything I needed and even helped me set up an account to grow interest on my idle cash. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Bonus points for the branch because while I was there another employee handled what sounded like a very difficult situation like a boss. I'm really glad I chose this credit union to work with for my business needs.

I really enjoyed my account opening experience at Canvas; from the phone conversation to going into the branch, everyone is sooooooo nice. And it was really easy! Every other account I've had to open seems to have been way more complicated and that just wasn't the case here. And they have checking accounts for kids & teens. This is a BIG deal for us, especially since we are teaching our kids about financial responsibility and having them make their own purchases when we go places. When I learned that, I had my son come open an account. Then my husband came and he opened an account. Now our two little ones are going to have their own accounts. This is the first time we as a family have been able to bank locally all together and it's ALL FREE. We all have Capital One accounts, but there are no branches nearby and no easy way to deposit cash. Having a Canvas up here is a huge bonus because we have some place quick and easy to cash checks and make deposits, while also having all of our family be able to bank locally. They are also in the DIA airport and since I fly every month this is also a nice touch. This branch has a great team too, as I've had positive experiences now with Jennifer, April, and Steph. These ladies are wonderful. Even the person who validated my account on the phone was awesome (he loved In and Out Burger just like me and we probably spent more time talking about food than banking but it just goes to show how personable these people are and I absolutely love that). Please keep up the good work guys and I hope more people stop in to see the good products you offer and friendly service. And thanks Steph for the goody bag you gave for our oldest! Him not knowing what a hacky sack was made me feel old, but I hope it comes back as a thing for these kids...lol

Beautiful place. I'm so happy you have a location in the Springs now to do my business. Love that it is a shared branching location so I can transfer from other institutions. Friendly staff all around. They always try their hardest to do what is best for the customer. Canvas is all around a great place to bank!

I opened an account at Canvas Credit Union Spectrum branch today and had a great experience. I worked with Jennifer; she was very knowable and gave me a great overview of all the financial products they offer. I got a great CD introductory offer for this new branch opening!

Most horrible experience applied for level up checking account online was contacted by the call-center and was told that everything was good to go that I just needed to go into a branch to verify my identity and pay five dollars fee at my arrival to the branch. I was told that I do not qualify for an account so I ended up driving all the way up north for no reason completely dissatisfied with this company.

I reached out to Canvas for a business auto loan and it, by far, has been the most painstaking, difficult, unorganized process I have ever encountered. I have completed over 15 auto loans as a business and it is very clear that no one in charge has ever had to walk through this process.
1. I was contacted SEVEN times for additional documentation. (often items I had already sent).
2. Sent a link to upload documents that NEVER let me upload documents.
3. COUNTERED my loan based off the vehicle type (box truck) when the PURCHASE ORDER was the first document they received.
4. Have to call the 800 dial a death phone number and WAIT at least 10 minutes to talk to anyone as my loan rep is also on the phone answering other calls.
5. Told the loan rep several times that we need to close LAST friday. It is now Monday and on Friday afternoon was told they need MORE documentation.
The Canvas reps are incredibly kind; however they are working through a painful process in which they don't even understand what documentation to ask for.

Terrible company. I have a car loan with them, the car was totaled my insurance company sent a settlement check that they failed for a month to cash and did not hold themselves responsible and my insurance company had to send another in turn prolonged gap and gap has sent the check they are stating the same thing is happening with wanting more car payments instead and dropping my credit because this process is taking so long because of their negligence.
