I have been a member of this financial institution since my first teaching job in 1996. Though the name has changed over the years, the service has always been exemplary.
My daughter and I went in this past Saturday to get a new debit card for me and a first debit card for her. Stephanie Gonzalez was very knowledgeable and friendly. She got everything set up for us and made sure that we were utilizing the best services for our needs. 15/10!

I am so unhappy that I have been with this institution for more than 2 years. My financial situation got bad, but I am trying harder to rebuild my credit. I didn't have enough to deposit monthly, so I don't get charged. Around 1 year ago, I git paid with a check, and it ended up false, so the bank flagged me, so any time I went for 5 consecutive months, it took so long to make small deposit. Finally I asked why and last month I was told why, so I went again and I spoke with someone in the main office call Claire and point black told me that she didn't plan me to remove that. Until another 6 months, if I didn't like, I could close my account, so I did that. I am not a criminal, I was paid with a fake check, and I didn't intend to cash only deposited. So I don't recommend this institution

My husband went in and moved our auto payment to the 10th last week since we have a hurricane hitting on the 9th/10th and could use those funds to board up our home and get essentials. Krista Farley said she had done so successfully however she did not. Today we paid our amount and our autopay is still set to the 10th of this month. Website will not let us change it or load at all. If I didn’t have to use this bank, I wouldn’t. We’re now going into this hurricane without essentials or move to evacuate. Thanks so much Krista Farley.
