Sandra was very helpful and engaging. She helped me to know of a sister credit union (Family Savings) in Calhoun, GA where I can keep my account open and useful. She encouraged me to look into getting a checking account and that sounded very good. She also set me up with a verbal password that I appreciate very much as I don't eat my berries (for memory support and to answer those verification questions) like I should, lol. She was a very pleasant customer service representative and I think she should get a hefty raise. Thank you.

Jonathan Vasquez is awesome to work with! He is helpful, takes time to answer questions, and offers several solutions. He wants what’s best for his client and doesn’t have an agenda to push. He does all this with a positive attitude and sense of humor. I will definitely ask to work with him again as a 25+ year member.

I called Natasha Turnbull and she was able to give me specific instructions to follow in order to get a secure message. She sent it to me within a couple minutes and I was able to open the email and print it without any trouble. I am very happy with AACU.

The branch manager, Devon McKenzie and Jill Rand, are absolutely AMAZING! When I had an issue with some documents I needed, Jill called me 3 times to promise I would get them and to verify that I received them. The next week, when I went into my local branch, Devon helped me BEYOND MEASURE! She listened to my questions and took care of my needs. I could tell she really cared about what was important to me. I have been in the branch a few times and everyone there makes me feel special. I love the atmosphere in the branch!

I have worked with Kristine G. on a few different occasions. She has been exceptional to work with, and if I could give her more stars I would. I haven't had great customer service here before, and Kristine was able to go above and way beyond in helping me. I have been a member for almost 35+ years and she has definitely made me want to keep my business with them.

I was in very good standing on payments on a refinance. My wife was in a bad accident in the vehicle! Insurance only paid for just over the payoff amount we needed another vehicle and was denied. Can't find a reason to say anything positive
