An hour to open a CD and borrow against it to buy a new Truck. Three days to cash in the CD and payoff the truck. Called several times to get an update on the process to close out and payoff. Left messages with my loan officer. She hasn’t returned my calls. Poor customer service on her part. I have a checking and savings that I will be closing as well. I will not be treated with disrespect. FK’em.

Unfortunate to learn that they do not take over the counter deposits from members. They like to "help" their members by directing you to the kiosk to "do it yourself". The banking/credit union space is more competitive than ever now. The competition will take a deposit with a smile, so adios.

Violated Texas laws on CPI, failed to send proper notices and CPI options as required under Texas laws.

Avoid this bank, they will not follow the law.

Home Buyers Beware. After two weeks of being lied to about interest rates and loan programs I contacted corporate and they withdrew my application without explanation. One day later I had a lower rate from United Heritage Credit Union and am now saving almost $600 a month. The entire lending department is a joke and as Lauren our lender said they are not the best decision for a mortgage company.

Absolute worst banking experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had a bank at both a credit union and a standard bank. After a fraudulent purchase of $1,101.92 they don’t want to recredit me before the 45-60 days that they warrant reimbursements after the investigation which is absolutely ridiculous. I now have no way to pay my bills and all my bills are charging a return of charge and a late fee, that I HAVE TO PAY because my money was stolen. I have reported this bank to the CFPB and they will be investigating this bank. This is the absolute worst customer service/fraud department. I’m absolutely furious….

I've recently had to close out a debit card, and I've been trying to get a new one for 3 weeks now. I've called multiple times about it and each time they've said they will put in a order for one then I waited a week and since I didn't receive it yet I called again. Turns out not once, not twice, but three times they have yet to send in the card. I've been told to go inside the store but I'm currently out of state due to military reasons. This is extremely unprofessional and not worth it.

I have been with this bank for a couple of years now. So far the only issue is that I moved about an hour away and they don't have any closer to me. I see lots of negative comments for all places so until I have trouble I will stay.

Terrible customer service, and they don't take care of their customers, or they simply don't care. They don't return your calls after numerous attempts. I'm changing banks.
