I’ve been here over two years and in the past two years I have had multiple issues with my apartment, I had to be transferred to a new unit due to these issues. Management are crooks. They raised our maintenance 45% this month! we are in a financial crisis yet they continue to sell no tenants the dream in order to get their money. Don’t fall for it. They are running a Ponzi scheme here and they unfortunately will not give you your money back for at least a year after you have left. Do not move here. Ask anybody that lives in the neighborhood and they will tell you the same thing.

Hey amalgamated can you at least place trash containers for dog walkers so that maybe dog walkers are encouraged to pick up after themselves. The block has shit pits literally muddy shit pits. I get it not your fault but no one can walk or come out of there cars with out being surrounded by shit pits

Lived there since my college years. This is a hidden diamond. Quality and most important affordability Started with mom and bro in two bedroom, got one bedroom when married, then 2 bedroom and then 3 bedroom as family grew. Didn't have to worry bout much, good service department. Bought home in the burbs and left bout 8 years ago. Mom still there. Nothing is perfect but this is unbeatable in NYC.

I grew up here, in The Amalgamated, with my Mom & Dad, birth to 17 years old (when I attended college in Upstate New York at Ithaca College ). My mother still lives here after all of these many years. She is so proud to call it home sweet home, and this is what it will always be for me also. ❤?

0 stars!! Its been 8 months since my family & I moved out. They are refusing to refund our equity. People be careful when moving into Mitchel Lama Housing. I know of others in the same situation as me, were they hold they equity owed.

Accountant manager David Wilson promised to call me Today in order to pick-up my check for 31K. He cancelled last week, and today he is unavailable. No explanation or further information from his secretary. I have been patient waiting for over 15 days.
