Whether it’s been opening a checking account, getting a new car loan, or buying my first house, the credit union has been fantastic. Excellent customer service, call wait times are nonexistent, and any time I wanted to go in and talk to an actual person I was able to without waiting.

I’ve been a member for over 20 years now. In that time they’ve helped my wife and I finance multiple vehicles and and our home. They have always gone above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Between the amazing rates for loans and wonderful service, we’ll be members for many more years to come.

BCEFCU does not accept ‘electronic’ payments from any banks or accounts. For example, a payment is due on 2/25, that requires me to pay my bill by 2/15 in order for them to receive a paper check from my bank by my due date. It’s a pain! Typically at any other banking institute, you could pay a bill and have it taken out and electronically delivered the following day.

So on their end it’ll always looks like payments are late, when in reality it was taken out of my account 10 days ago.. but bank statements show it was paid on time each month. This place is a hassle, just avoid it.

I dont understand how I can go to any other loan company and get approved immediately, but i attemot to pull a loan through the bank i deposit large sums of money into at least twice a week, one of the deposits being payroll checks, and im told you cant use payroll stubs/ as proof of income. Good job Shaquita. Sounds like Ill be going to close my account soon, due to incompetence. It took you what, 4 days to even call me back? What a joke. And then to get sassy with me on the phone, very unprofessional.
