This branch at this location has some real unprofessional loan agents starting with Sandra, Luz Jason then Nancy, Sandra put in 5000 request for a loan when I asked for no more then 2000, if it was no it was no I'm not in elementary where no would offend a child, but it took a mth for any answer meanwhile I'm leaving voice messages emails I went in the bank on September 2nd asked the teller was that Sandra in the office she says yes I ask the teller to send her a email to give me a call still nothing then comes the friendships liz calls covering up saying Sandra was gone umm? That's why I just seen her in her office then what about no response before that? Then Sandra calls acting like she was gone then explains that this one thing on my credit was my fault no matter the situation I didn't ask for a teaching lesson then Jason calls promising to give me a update having someone to call me to have my son's first time job and opening a account would be a great experience for him nothing I had to call to get his account open. Like this whole were friends that's crazy just because they show u one side doesn't mean they are treating ur ppl right, they won't show they true personality in front of their boss I know I'm a boss I listen to my guests before a coworker. This is unprofessional and I haven't still had no one to resolve this issue.

As of 10/2/24 blue federal credit union has lost my credit line account. I can not get a straight answer about what has happened from anyone with blue fcu. I have spoke with Debbie H the regional supervisor for the Southern Colorado locations and she has been of no help at all. At this point she will not take or return my phone calls. I have tried to resolve the issue through customer service only to be told that Debbie is handling the issue and will be in contact with me by close of business 10/3/24. I have received no phone call no email no communication at all from Debbie or any other employee of blue fcu.
Blue federal credit union is definitely not anything like Aventa credit union was three days ago. Customer service is no longer on personal level. They can not keep track of my debit spending correctly, (dates and times of purchases are inaccurate. ) It appears that blue fcu is having difficulties with the merger and has overwhelmed it's staff. If you are planning on opening an account with Blue fcu I would recommend taking a look into another local credit union that is more trustworthy. If you have an account with Blue fcc because you were previously an Aventa customer. I recommend checking every aspect of all your accounts with blue for discrepancies. If you are dissatisfied with blue fcu be sure to make it known at your local branch location . Also take a look at the other negative reviews blue has gotten. I am not the only one.
It's your money, be sure you can trust who is handling it for you.

Update . After recving a letter in the mail over 4 weeks ago from blue federal credit union stating not to concern myself with the change in my account number and routing numbers. My employer contacted me stating they cannot make deposits into my bank account due to a incorrect account and routing number and I am in jeopardy of having my last deposit retracted. This is directly blue federal credit unions fault, the customers service employee even stated this wasn't supposed to happen. She also accepted responsibility for blue fcu. Once again blue federal credit union has made accessing MY money more difficult then any bank I have ever worked with in 47 years.
This merger with blue and aventa has been nothing but a nightmare for me. This is unacceptable behavior for a "credit union". I will be closing my account with Blue as soon as possible. Do yourself a favor open an account with a more reputable credit union.

Flower was such an excellent person. She makes transaction fun and easy. She has an amazing personality that’s just easy to click with. Flower doesn’t not take her time to help you with things you need, instead she does it in a fast quick process, and it makes the day go by a lot better.
Every time I come to aventa I try to make sure I speak with her to help me with whatever I need. So with this post I do highly suggest going to flower for any and all needs you have when coming to this branch!!

We go to Aventa for our car loans and Aventa is always so great to work with. Flower was amazing the last time I went into the location on Cascade. She and the other ladies were so helpful and also gave me great ideas to make my banking processes easier.
