Place was nice and clean but the check in person needed more customer service skills. I understand they were busy but it came out rude that because I waked in, I could wait 2 plus hours or make an appointment. Appointment she set was almost 6 hours later. I went online and seen many appointments I could have done in between time. At this point, I have gone somewhere different. Seemed like the back office staff was nice based on conversations I could hear.

I was seen quickly when I was feeling my worst. The doctor's diagnosis was accurate, and the prescription I was given was 100% effective. I am feeling 90% better already after one day of treatment.

I’m happy to say this experience completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, Mimi at the front desk was incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful. Dr. Agnetti and the X-ray technician were both wonderful, providing excellent care and making me feel at ease. Peta & the office manager also went above and beyond to help resolve an issue I was having. I truly appreciate the outstanding service I received from the entire team. I highly recommend this urgent care—10/10!

I give this center 5 stars. Everyone was welcoming from the front desk, nurse assistant and Nurse Practioner David Douglas. He was kind and professional. He took his time to explain treatment. I highly recommend this facility. It was a bonus because they has an xray machine.

I came in for backpain and when i explained i went to the gym and pulled it, with a car accident in my history, the PA told me i should have ozempic done at his clinic and that it was not going to be possible for me to lose weight otherwise. I had told him i didnt want ozempic and i tried lipotropic shots that didnt work and gave me acne and he mentioned his wife was an aesthetician at his clinic. I was appalled because not only was he discouraging about my weightloss, he was talking to me about it while being dismissive of my pain. I tried to have my boyfriend talk to him and again he was dismissive to us both. I told him i didnt appreciate him talking to me about weightloss when i was crying and in pain but he told me i was angry and projecting. He had initially offered two shots for my pain. One for anti inflammatory and one for relaxing the muscle, but after our conversation he only gave me one of them. Ive worked in hospitals for 15 years and ive never met someone so dismissive. awful experience. I will not be back. Id rather go to md now.

The front desk lady was super helpful and nice. The nurse was gentle and friendly. The doctor was also nice. The place was well maintained ; everything was great.
