I have lived in CPVC for over 5 years the office people were very nice. The maintenance staff never swept and mopped the floors in the common areas of my townhouse area.In the cold the heat is an issue. The big issue is getting your money back. Upon tendering my 60- day notice in the hand book it state that within 30 days they would mail a check not true Nov 11,2020 until January 26, 2021. I still have not receive a check for the large downpayment they require for membership. They say that you will get all of it back but when you move-out they abscond $1300 from you systematically without letting you know up front. If this place had the proper professional management personnel practices it would be a great place to live. But because they do not reinvest into the community and raise the rents probably; because of litigations being brought against the village continually I give this place is a resounding thumbs down!

I'm saddened to see such neglect to such liveable property! I've met some of their staff and security, they are wonderful/ helpful people. I visited this property several times. Some of the property had a serious leak from the roof. The roof were repaired, but dangerous inside overhead ceiling is still remain an issue! Some of the tenants are so concerned of the danger they're using the back entrance.
It is Imperative the Owners make these repairs priority before someone get seriously injured?!!

Cant really give them a rating but it seems like a nice place to live. But FYI they require at least a 600 or better credit score and at least been with your Job for a Year to apply.

You have to have a 600 or better credit score to be considered. You have to do too much to even be considered not to mention the application fee is $50, so if your not approved you’ve wasted $50

The stipulations to live here are entirely too high . When you voice complaints to the managers in the leasing office all they do is give a call to the other individual and that’s about it . They DO NOT follow up . They only care to collect your rent not the satisfaction of the residents. . Ghetto .

Pretty nice and quiet maintenance guys are awesome, the heat is not all that good but they are working on it, all-in-all it is a nice place to live.

The qualifications to move into these apartment complex is too high. You have to do too much just be considered being able to move in
