This store is nothing but a pain in the ass. We bought 6 $300 dining room chairs that began to rip. Thank goodness we bought the warranty to replace them but there was nothing in stock that we liked. We waited forever for customer service and when it came down to do the replacement it took forever. It won’t let me give zero stars, so I have to give one.

A wonderful experience from the welcome upon entering to our departure.
The inventory was extensive and there was merchandise in every price range. Our sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. We even went to the coffee bar and had a complementary cookie to accompany our coffee as we celebrated our purchases.
We were very satisfied with our shopping experience.

Won’t buy here again. Purchased a bed and it broke first night. Called to get it fixed and they told me I need to have the bed replaced but it’s a 2 month waiting period for it to be available and delivered. They told me I can buy a more expensive one to get one same day. Now they expect me to have a broken bed for up to two months or spend more money. Ended up going to Home Depot and buying wood to fix the bed. Will never purchase here again
