Our credit union in Denver has a recipricol agreement with Climb. Even though we were not a customer, Janna and the other employees took such good care of us when we needed funds for a larger purchase that I am headed over now to open an account there. The 5% they pay for checking helped with the decision, but excellent service is my clincher.

Went to Sooper credit union in Colorado springs, we belong to a credit union out of state and we needed a cash advance. The teller was awesome in getting our cash and she gave me a couple of dog biscuits to give my old Labrador 🐶

Always been a horrible credit union. I added an external account to transfer money online instead of going in and it has been the biggest hassle with the worst customer service. I verified external account on Friday and still have yet to receive money in external account. And the last rep to help me said it would take 1 to 2 business days for it to transfer. All this when I could've driven to location and did it in person and had my money same day. Not to mention she hung up on me and didn't ask if I needed anything else. Obviously I was frustrated but I wasn't rude to her or taking it out on her.

I don't own an account here but I pull out money from a shared Branch all of the time. Every single time it's a pleasant experience. Very fast and convenient drive through. Super kind staff inside. They always have the lollipops for my kids ready. If I were to be a permanent residents of Colorado I would absolutely bank with this credit union.
