Laura and Katie were excellent! My mother and I felt so welcome. On top of everything, my friend Jake from high school works here, and it was so wonderful to run into him again! This is a great bank!

Even though it's a drive from where I am it's worth the drive to see good nice friendly faces that welcomes you each time and clean also let's you know when things happen.

I've been using this bank for over 20 years the service is always friendly but they sometimes do make mistakes as far as letting certain businesses take money out of my account when I haven't authorized it that's actually happened a couple of times luckily it was a minor situation, other than that lines aren't that bad. If you avoid paydays you're able to get in and out of there quickly!

Laura Dougherty is extremely knowledgeable in everything she does, she has helped me with four of the five accounts we have opened. Two of those times she has had Katie Smith in her office training, she had the best person doing it. I know Katie will be just as amazing and kind as Laura is. Thank you both for your help today!!!

My husband has been banking with them for close to 8 years or more and has never had any issues with them until he got 3 consecutive over draft charges at one time. The employee wouldn't forgive them so he spoke to a supervisor who was beyond rude and made sure to let him know they will mark on his account they won't ever forgive anymore overdraft fees. If this is the same woman people consecutively complain about in the comments I truly question how she is still there. This was his FIRST time having this issue that was a misunderstanding and to be treated poorly makes you feel not valued as a person who banks with them.
