23 September dinner time, queuing at the tills for fare to long management should be ashamed of themselves for letting this happen. You just lost a customer.

My 85-year old mum shops here regularly, on her mobility scooter.

Her words "The staff are all lovely and so very helpful, they cannot do enough for me. It takes a lot of the stress out of my shopping trips" (she added "I wish they had mushroom Cup-a-Soups ?)

This is our local supermarket and we have increasingly loved using it. On Sunday 17th December we happened to visit for some essentials and were served by a young man called Ryan. He was cheerie, and welcoming as well as very efficient. He clearly enjoyed his job and was a credit to the store....well done to him!. The staff generally we have found to be really helpful and the store layout has really benefitted from its recent makeover.
Well done to this store all round and my wife and I hope you all have a well deserved break over the Christmas season. Happy Christmas and New year from us.

Rude staff! Why sell one-person meals at the meal deal section without providing plastic forks as most other stores do? When I asked the cashier if they had any forks, he was curt and rude. I had to take the meal back as I had no way of eating it!
Get your staff and act together Co-op! I really did not deserve being treated like dirt for such a basic, reasonable request!

This co-op used to be nice. I definitely wouldn't have thought I'd be awarding one star a few years ago. The range they sell has now gotten smaller whilst the prices have edged up. Other supermarkets offer greater savings and I'm talking about identical items. The staff always seem grumpy or just nit interested. There's a fresh bread section, they also bake a few cakes.. And I mean a few!! If you like something like a cheese twist they bake something like two and that's it till maybe a little later in the day. I wanted a honey and sunflower seed loaf and was told it wouldn't be ready till 10:30, then I was told later than that.. After popping in three times I finally got one.. Was it piping hot and fresh? No, they'd spent all that time defrosting it!! I could have done that at home myself. The only thing this store has going for it is convenience.. If you don't need anything desperately, don't make a B line for it!!

This isn't a place that I visit often but when I do, I always wonder why....until I get to the tills. Its expensive! That said, during this awful pandemic, its shelves are well stocked with an amazing variety of goods and is never overly busy. Ample parking is a real deal breaker at the moment and this place has that in abundance. I've found myself going here for bits of shopping alot more lately as the advantages are outweighing the disadvantage of the extra cost for me.
