Car parking facilities are a huge plus as it is difficult to park for most of the independent shops along the road. 30min max parking. Shop is great for all the basics, fresh bread, milk etc decent lunch meal deals. Disabled access is good. Cueing system was a bit confusing.

A great store with an extensive range of every day food items, fresh, frozen, chilled and all stages in between. The lunchtime meal deals are good value. My personal favourite is grabbing a Costa coffee from the machine and then selecting a fresh pastry. I'm a fairly frequent visitor and have always found the staff to be helpful and particularly friendly - one of the reasons I keep returning. Oh, and a big plus point is the adjacent parking. ?

The service was awful!
I had 2 special offers on my card, but they didn’t work at the self-checkout. So I ask for help at the counter, but manager after 10 mins waiting just charged me full price of the goods. He’s being very arrogant and don’t even try to find out what’s wrong. 0 out of 10 to this service. Not client oriented at all.

Nice little co-op with a fairly decent size car park which is nice and handy to nip to quickly. Staff are always friendly and helpful. While the selection isn’t huge it’s enough for everyday essentials and has really nice freshly baked bread.

Well stocked store, friendly staff, convenient location. Let down by a bum pretty much always being outside begging for drug money. Not so much an issue, but it is off-putting from a hygiene and safety viewpoint as the 2 regular beggars do not wear masks and are within a few meters of the entrance making it difficult to be over 2 meters away from them if you wish to enter the store.

Maybe an exclusion zone policy of 4 meters so customers can get within 2 meters of the entrance but remain 2 meters away from the beggars?

Shop clean and tidy, however only one staff on the till and 7 people waiting. Another staff member was bringing out stock. Customer service could be vastly improved if another staff member could jump on the till at a moments notice like in Aldi. I would have used self serve but had wine which i would assume needs to be authorised by staff? Scanner would not scan my member card from my phone.

I live locally but I avoid this store as I find it depressing, there’s always a wait to be served no matter what time of day and there’s one particular lady that works there who is very bad mannered (which is a shame as the rest are helpful). Also, the car park gets really busy and it’s stressful. It’s just easier to drive further down to Tesco and the prices are more competitive as I’ve noticed most of co-ops offers are on unhealthy snacks.
