The Co-Op On Church Street,Has A Good Selection Of Food,Drink,Medicine,Cleaning Products Etc. It Also Offers A 10% Discount,When You Have A Young Scot Card. Only 4 Stars On My Visit This Evening,Because I Was Meant To Buy 2 10 Piece Packets Of Wrigley's Extra,Which Ended Up Being Subsidised Down To One Packet,Because The Cashier Really Couldn't Be Bothered To Sell Me The Second Packet,And Just Basically Kept It For Herself For No Reason. I Managed To Buy The Other Items That I Needed At No Problem At All,But It Was Such A Shame That The Cashier Just Couldn't Be Bothered To Sell The Second 10 Piece Packet Of Wrigley's Extra. Otherwise,The Service Was OK On My Visit,Apart From That Side Effect. I Think The Cashier And Also The Poor Staff Members,Must Have Been Through A Lot,Dealing With Disorderly/Disloyal Customers At Some Point Today. I Will Still Be Visiting This Co-Op Again,Don't Worry. It's Just The Service That Needs A Bit Of Improvement,That's All. Despite That,I Can Totally Understand,Why The Staff Have Had A Hard Day Today,Probably That Could Be A Possibility,Leading To A Limited Service.

Small supermarket with great price of variety goods. It is cheaper than the supermarkets in Edinburgh and London. Most of the prices are very competitive. It is just within 1 minute walk from mercure hotel

Always busy not much room to move, security guard at the door is a little intimated by him.. Aisle are small in summer can be a little much so avoid it during day if I can! Staff are very young and are not allowed to smoke yet can sell them with bit of attitude very slow service and is not place to shop if you don't like confined space. Food fresh clean well stocked shelves easy lay out..

The staff are always helpful and welcoming. It's always well displayed and tidy. You can get lots of great offers here and can even grap a Costa Coffee to go. it has self service kiosks there which are easy to work.
